Verify the following information:
- Make sure your booking complies with these 2 conditions:
- The booking is 100% paid by all passengers.
- Your departure is within 30 days.
- Some types of E-documents are not available on this site:
- Cruise documents are not available on this site. Please contact your travel agent.
- Your receive an error message when you enter your booking information.
- Passenger’s last name: if your booking file includes several passengers, try entering the last name of another passenger on the booking file.
- Booking number: make sure you entered the 5, 6 or 7 digit booking number on your bill correctly. Click here to see the booking number on your bill.
- Departure date: make sure you entered the departure date of your flight in the dd/mm/yyyy format or the right departure date on the calendar.
- If you are still experiencing difficulties and you booked online at www.nolitours.com, contact one of our agents at 1-866-556-3948. If you booked through a travel agent or on another website, please contact them directly.
