Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Inclusions may vary by hotel, please inquire. Upgrades and additional inclusions are available and can be purchased directly with the chosen hotel. Wedding packages do not include cost of legal fees, judge fees and documentation; for details, clients must contact their chosen hotel and destination. (1) - Bride and groom are required to pay deposit. We will hold inventory up to a maximum of 30 seats/15 rooms with no deposit for 90 days. Full deposit is required after 90 days. Book Early & Save promotion book and pay by dates may be earlier or later than the 90-day book and pay period of our No Deposit Wedding stipulations. In these cases, the earlier Book Early & Save promotion booking timeline and our 90-day timeline must be adhered to. Additional rooms/seats over and above the 30 seats/15 rooms will require a deposit. Bookings within 90 days will follow standard group policies. (2) - Upon request we will make a one-time price adjustment on your group up to 60 days prior to departure. The price promise is applicable on the same room category, same departure date and same gateway. Inventory must be available at time of price promise request. When a group requires a separate hotel contract the lower price promise does not apply. Return to top

(3) - Nolitours Package: Based on a minimum of 16 guests arriving/departing on the same flight, same day, same gateway Southbound and Northbound. Wedding packages must be purchased as a supplement to a Nolitours vacation package including flights and accommodation for a minimum of 16 passengers. Wedding groups of more than 24 passengers will incur an additional $10 per guest surcharge. Return to top

(4) - US $100 photo credit: for certain hotels, credit is only applicable on a minimum purchase or credit is substituted for a room upgrade (see hotel description pages for details). Please inquire with your travel agent. Return to top
