Oasis Cancun is the only property that accept student or youth travelers. Policy is mandatory specific terms, conditions and coverage will be presented under separate cover credit cards issued to other than guest (i.e. parent,spouse, etc. ) are not accepted in Mexico. At the check-in passengers 18-24 years of age must purchase a non-refundable insurance of $27US. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. Groups consisting of 18 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older for every 19 people. Legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years.
Clients have free access to the discotheque except for the "Foam party" on Thursday where there is a fees and the disco is closed on saturday.
Due to strong tidal currents, the beaches of Cancun may occasionally suffer erosion, thus affecting the condition of the beaches. This situation is out of our control, unpredictable and a result of varying climate conditions.
